1857 Market Street San Francisco, CA 94103

Osmind is a mental health technology company that provides specialized electronic health record (EHR), billing and practice-management software for psychiatry providers, particularly those offering innovative treatments for patients with moderate to severe mental health conditions. The company was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in San Francisco. Osmind’s platform is designed to support emerging psychiatric treatments such as ketamine therapy, Spravato (esketamine), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and other interventional psychiatry services. The company says its network includes more than 1,000 psychiatry practices nationwide, which have collectively delivered more than 1 million treatments and measured more than 3.6 million patient outcomes. As a public benefit corporation, Osmind combines clinical software with research infrastructure, helping providers collect real-world data that can be used to study treatment effectiveness and advance mental health research. The company works with clinicians, researchers and life sciences organizations to develop evidence-based approaches for treatment-resistant depression and other serious mental health conditions. Osmind’s leadership team includes co-founder and CEO Lucia Huang and Chief Medical Officer William Sauvé. Since its founding, the company has raised more than $57 million in venture funding to expand its technology platform and support innovation in mental healthcare.
